David Simon instructs organ, piano, music theory, and Gregorian chant at St. Michael’s Cathedral Choir School in Toronto. Winner of the 2019 Royal Canadian College of Organists national organ competition and the 2018 University of Michigan Improvisation competition, he maintains an active performing and liturgical practice including recitals across North America. He is a Fellow of the RCCO and is a Doctor of Musical arts candidate at Yale University in the studio of Thomas Murray and Jeffery Brillhart.

Sue Crowe Connolly is a professional vocal instructor and singer who is passionate about encouraging people to “claim” and enjoy their own voice and music making. She has been teaching privately for over 23 years using the functional vocal training which had been in use before the European Golden Age of Singing. She has sung with, given vocal workshops, and/or taught students who are members of Christ’s Church Cathedral (Anglican) and Strata Vocal Ensemble, Pax Christi Chorale, Echo Women’s Choir, Toronto Mendelssohn Choir & Singers. All her work is to help others maintain good vocal function, healthy practices, and how to develop stamina to prevent injury.

Peter Nikiforuk is a native of Brantford, where he received his early musical training. He holds degrees from The University of Toronto, Yale University and the Royal Academy of Music. He recently retired after 33 years as Director of Music at St Peter’s Lutheran Church in Kitchener and continues as a faculty member of the Beckett School

He recently retired after 33 years as Director of Music at St Peter’s Lutheran Church in Kitchener and continues as a faculty member of the Beckett School at Laurier. For 20 years, he was editor and typesetter for Kelman Hall Publishing and he has also done typesetting for the RCCO music publications committee.
