OUR 2019-2020 SEASON

The September meet and greet has changed from a "Wine and Cheese" format to an "Afternoon Tea". Book Sunday Sept 8th from 2 till 4 pm at  MacNab St Presbyterian, 116 MacNab St S. There will be a used music sale, as usual, so bring along your contributions!  At the end of the afternoon, please assist  us by taking back any unsold items, or help us recycle them.

Saturday Oct 5th there will be an Organ Crawl to three interesting organs in the Ancaster area. Meet at 8:45 am at  Ancaster Canadian Reformed, 575 Shaver Rd. The two other destinations are  

Maranatha Free Reformed, 1114 Old Mohawk Rd., Ancaster, and 

Ebenezer Free Reformed, 253 Weirs Lane, Dundas

1 p.m.       Brunch if you wish...Chedoke Golf Club, Hamilton

Wednesday Oct 30th at 7 pm will be our usual Halloween concert , again hosted by St Paul's Presbyterian  on James St South - watch this space for more details.

January 4th 2020 will be our customary Twelfth Night Pot Luck Feast, again at St Christopher's in Burlington.

Saturday February 22nd will see an unusual Choral Festival and concert, Guest Director will be the exciting and accomplished Mark Vuorinen, and you can read all about him at

/mark-vuorinen/    Choristers will work under Mark during the afternoon on preparing a performance of the Faure Requiem to be given that evening. Also featured in this remarkable concert will be the Intrada brass ensemble presenting a variety of works. The venue is Port Nelson United Church at 3132 South Drive , Burlington.  

The fee for choristers is $25, which includes a light supper. Admission to the concert is by freewill offering ( $20 suggested). This event is a fund-raiser for the 2021 Organ Festival Canada, held in Hamilton July 11th to 15th 2021.

FRIDAY APRIL 24th Recital of music by Louis Vierne, by MATTHEW LARKIN  7:30 pm, MacNab Presbyterian, 116 MacNab St S, Hamilton. Free will offering ($20 suggested).

ANNUAL DINNER AND AGM  FRIDAY JUNE 12th. 6:30 for 7 pm at Marquis Gardens. Guest Speaker - Bishop Ralph Spence  (who can be hilarious!) on "Organists I've survived".  Cost $30 - Cash Bar.
